They have found some anticancer compound that may be effective, and a few of them have been used cure cancer by clinician.Sargentgloryvine fatty acid sodium (SFAS) is an agent extracted from Sargentgloryvine and other Chinese herbal medicines. These medicines are used cure tumor by some traditional Chinese physicians. It is said that it's effective to cure digestive system's, systema respiratorium's and female tumors.Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of SFAS on the growth of human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 in vitro and discuss its mechanism.Methods: SFAS injection and culture fluid PRMI-1640 are mixed in different proportion.
