Objective: To evaluate the clinical features and correlation with disease course of mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD). The clinical features of 6 patients with pulmonary artery hypertension / pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and 5 patients with kidney lesion secondary to MCTD were reported and literature were reviewed.Methods: 21 patients with definite MCTD were analyzed retrospectively by their clinical manifestation and immunological features and treatments.Results: The primarily incipient symptoms of MCTD were Raynaud's phenomenon, the next symptoms were febrile, arthralgia/ arthritis and myositis. Myositis and sclerodactyly/finger swollen were easy to be seen in patients with pulmonary artery hypertension / pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Earlier lung HRCT is help to diagnosispulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Kidney lesion is less than male in female.Those who suffer kidney lesion tend to renal function failure.
