| Objective: to investigate the risk factors of axillary lymph node metastasis (ALNM) in patients with breast cancer. Material and Methods: 68 cases of radical postoperative breast cancer were divided into two groups according to the states of ALNM and were studied using multi-factors logistic regression analysis. Results: Multi-factors logistic regression analysis showed that 4 factors including pathologic, diameter of primary tumor, location of tumor, number of pregnancy entered the logistic equation, the p values were 0. 019 , 0. 031 , 0.001,0.038 respectively. According to this mathematical model, the negative predictive value, positive predictive value and predictive accuracy of the statue of axillary lymph nodes metastases were 71.1% , 81.1% and 76.5%, respectively. Conclusions: pathologic, diameter of primary tumor, location of tumor and number of pregnancy were the risk factors of ALNM. Learning the risk factors might be good for clinician to predicate the status of ALNM more exactly. |
