Study On Correlation Between Yingfen Syndrome Of Acute Leukemia And Serum Levels Of Related Cytokines

ObjectiverTo investigate the correlation between the serum levels Of interleukin-1 β (1L-1 β ),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),interferon-r(IFN-r) and Yingfen syndrome.Methods: Examine 10 person who are healthy and 10 patiens with Weifen syndrome of un-acute leukemia, 5 patients with Weifen syndrome of Acute leukemia and 12 patients with Qifen syndrome of unacute leukemia,6 patients with Qifen syndrome of acute leukemia ,10 patients with Yingfen of unacute leukemia and Yingfen of Acute leukemia,then compare the result's.Results:1. The serum levels of IL- β ,IL-6 and TNF-a keep rising in the stage of Weifen syndrome of Acute Leukemia, Qifen syndrome and Yingfen syndrome, and among with there are significant differences,what's more the 3 stages differentiate from the well-bing group much.2.To IL-10,the level of the Acute Leukmia, rising significantly in the Qifen Syndrome stage,deeling in the Yingfen Syndrome stage significant for calculating for the level even below to the well-bing group, but coincidind with the well-bing in the Weifen Syndrome stage.3.There is no difference between the IL-1 and TNF-a,in the comparison of Weifen Syndrome of Acute Leukemia and unacute one, Acute Leukemia Yingfen syndrome and unacute one.4. To IL-6,the level of Qifen and Yingfen of Syndrome the Acute Leukemia is higher than that of Qifen and Yingfen of Syndrome the un-Acute Leukemia, and the differences between the two groups are great. But the case for the IL-10 is opposite.5. TO IFN-r, the level of each group has no great difference.Conclusion: TO Acute Leukemia, the level of IL-1 J3 ,IL-6 and TNF-a rise significant in the stage of Yingfen Syndrome, and significant higher than that of the Weifen and Qinfen stge, when it comes to IL-10, the level of its declines rapidly ,but the level of IFN-r changes a little.The serum level of IL-6 of Yingfen Syndrome of Acute Leukemia is higher than that of the unacute one. But to the IL-10, the case is opposite. Mostly because of the disordered Cytokine,especially the unballanced level between the IL-6 and IL-10,the Acute Leukemia develops to the Yingfen Syndrome stage.
