1. Objective To study the culturing condition of the bone marrow stromal cells(MSCs)of rabbit in vitro and select the suitable seed-cells for bone tissue engineering.Method MSCs of rabbit were cultured and their living speciabilities were observed with an inverted phase contrast microscope,a light microscope with HE stain and transmission microscope . The growth curve, the split index and the adsive rate were measured upon their observations.Result MSCs were cultured well and stably in vitro after generation.The proliferation was 2-4 days,about 90% sulcultured cells adhered the well in 12 hours,it reaches 92%o the highest division index on the 4th day.Conclusion The cultured MSCs grew stably in vitro and proliferated fastly and could be used as the seed-cells of the bone tissue engineering.
