The Study On Privatization Policy Of Public Medical Institutions In China

The research of public medical institutions about privatization in china is becoming an important and forward theme, under the social transition and the renovation of administrative model. The strategy of privatization ,which accord with the reform tendency of "medical service being socialization", has been focused on new liberalism and welfare pluralism in social welfare field. Therefore, the research not only has the theoretical, but also has practical meaning of reform of public medical institutions.This thesis, on the visual of public policy, has chosen four cases about Jiangsu province as the object of study, at the same time, chosen governance theory and new public administration theory as theoretical perspective to go on studying. Then, the article pays a lot of attention to the background of reform, the selective choices, the motivation and obstruction of development, besides tendency in the future. At last, the conclusion comes into being: when the orientation of value obviously, perhaps there have the third way can be chosen, including reform of ownership and non-ownership. By this way, we may be re-building the system of medical service which supply in cooperation or competition between public and private.
