Research On The Relationship Between The Defferential Of Penile Erectile Angle And Syndrone Impotence Of Tradtitional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To study the clinical relationship between the defferential of penile erectile angle and syndrome impotence of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) after and before treatment. Methods: 1,60 cases with impotence were divided into the syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi group and syndrome of Deficiency of kidney Yang group no-randomly,30 cases per group. All were treated by Sildenafil. 2 Penile erect angle was measured by instrument of measuring penile erection, IIEF-5 and duration time of penile erection were monitored in real time, All indexes were recorded. Results: 1 IIEF-5 has not significance between different types of impotence after and before treatment, (before and after P>0.05), and the defferential of IIEF-5 has not significance between different types of impotence after and before treatment (P>0.052); 2 Duration time of erection has difference between different types of impotence before treatment. (0.01 0.05), and the defferential of duration time of erection has not significance between different types of impotence after and before treatment (P>0.05); 3 Penile erect angle has significance between different types of impotence before treatment (P<0.01), penile erect angle has not significance between different types of impotence before treatment (P>0.05), and the defferential of penile erect angle has remarkable difference between different types of impotence after and before treatment(P<0.01); the penile erect angle's scope is 1.46~76.80in the syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi, the penile erect angle's scope is 0~41.51 in thesyndrome of Deficiency of kidney Yang; most of the def ferential of penile erect angle's scope is overlapped in the two syndromes, Conclusions: Probably there was relationship between the def ferential of penile erect angle and syndrome impotence of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ,the instrument of measuring penile erection can contribute to districting different zheng differentiation-classification.If the def ferential of penile erectile angle is over 42, the syndrome impotence of Traditional Chinese Med i c i ne (TCM) is the syndrome of Deficiency of kidney Yang probably.
