Studies On The Fingerprint Of Le Mahui Injection And Yu Jin Injection

Studies on the Fingerprint of Le Mahui Injection and Yu Jin Injection is the task which alloted by the Committee of Pharmacopoeia and also is the vital item of the Minstry of Education of ShaanXi Province,it's the subtask of country science and technology too.Chinese traditional medicine is a complex compound Which contains various ingrediens, single or a few ingredients can not reflect the quality of Chinese traditional medicine properly. The task is to eatablish the fingerprint of injection,semi semi-manufactured goods and medicinal materials by chromatogram analysis and computer plot analysis. And we evaluate the similar degree and different batch by using the software of Computer Aidied Similitartry Evalution.The paper include three parts .The first part is the summary of literature about fingerprint.The second part is to establish the fingerprint of Le Mahui Injection by RP-HPLC according to manufacture craftwork,the technical demand of the study about injection of Chinese traditional medicine,the technical demand of fingerprint about injection of Chinese traditional medicine and Chinese pharmacopoeia.The ingrediens were sepreted well ,and is fit for the quality control. Comparsion of similar degree to the injection of different batch has been carried on. And we also established the fingerprint of semi-manufactured goods and medicinal materials.The third part is to establish the fingerprint of Yu Jin Injection by GC according to the correlation data.The fingerprint of semi semi-manufactured goods and medicinal materials were established too. The comparsion of similar degree of them were finished.The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility. The fingerprint standard was vertified by the Institutions for Drug Control of Shaan Xi Province.The task is accomplished.
