Then, divide the ingredients into 5 combinations and extract by the SBE method respectively to make out the SBE's best combinations. The SBE of compound in different conditions of alcohol precipitating concentrations to optimize the best. On the basis of the work above, compare Semi-Bionic Extraction (SBE) with Water Extraction(WE), Semi-Bionic Extraction and alcohol precipition (SBAE) Water Extraction and alcohol precipition(WAE). Result: First ,The decoction condition of Libiling Troche is pH in turn:2.00,6.50,9.00;Time:2h,lh,lh;the mixture is the better combination mode; the best alcohol precipitation concentration is 60%;Semi-Bionic Extract method is better extract method than Water Extract method, Semi-Bionic Extract and Alcohol precipitation method (SBAE) is better than Water Extract and Alcohol precipitation (WAE).Conclusion: Semi-Bionic Extract method (SBE) maybe can replace Water Extract method(WE), Semi-Bionic Extract method and Alcohol precipitation (SBAE) maybe can replace Water Extract method and Alcohol precipitation (WAE)...
