Study Of Regulating The Rheumatoid Arthritis' Immunity Function Of The HanRe Match Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

By the study of clinical literature, my task puts forward that the HanRe matching is an important applied form to treat the rheumatoid arthritis(RA).The meaning of matching is to produce the action of advancing the effect of anti- inflammation and cutting down the course of diseases, mostly resting with adjusting the Yin Yang and the immunity function. By applying the way of experimental compare, based on the principle of paying equal attention to cold and warm, removing dampness and obstruction in the collaterals, using the adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats as the pathological models, the study examined the infection to the AA rats' immunity function. With Huobahuagen Pian group and Fenbid group, the experiment result indicated that HanRe match has an obvious anti-inflammation effect and regulates the out-of-balance of T cell's subgroup of the AA rats. And the expression amount of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1 or CD54) and IL-1βand TNF-α and INF- Y were decreased but the amount of IL-4 was increased. HanRe match can ameliorate the ratio of INF- Y /IL-4 to accommodate the out-of-balance of the ratio of TH1/TH2(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: The HanRe match has the action of the anti-inflammation and effect-improvement and can regulate the immunity function. And the immunity regulation is positive to the anti-inflammatory action.
