Objective:To analyze the DAZ (deleted in azoospermia) microdeletion in IVF suffered from unfertilization and ICSI, discuss the cause of microdeletion and genetic risk of ICSI.Methods:We selected 30 patients suffering from unfertilization,30 patients suffering severe oligozoospermia, 30 normal patients. Amplify the genomic DNA with DNA locus premiers:SY154, SY155, SY254, SY255. Results:2 patient suffering from unfertilization has SY154 microdeletion , the rate is 6. 67%, in ICSI patients , 4 have SY155 microdeletion . There is no microdeletion in 30 normal patients. Conclusions: The patients undergoing ICSI have DAZ microdeletion, in order to reduce the genetic risk, we should analyze the DAZ microdeletion. The unfertilization patients have reasonably DAZ microdeletion, maybe DAZ microdeletion can lead to unfertilization.
