FLD is the second familiar disease after viral hepatitis, according with the change of lifeway the morbidity arise year and year, to the pathogenesis, "strike twice" themry may be the uniform theory, the function of lipid peroxidation in FLD has been studied much, some test have proved, lipid peroxidation disturb lipometabolism, fat deposition aggravates lipid peroxidation then FLD happens. Up to now there is no drngs whose curative effect obviously excel others, some fat wipe out drugs include vitamine B, bilineurine and acimetion have been proved in clinic the curative effect is not to confirm Simvastatin is used to treat rat hyperlipemia FLD, it can decrease blood fat level, relieve liver fatty degeneration, UDCA is reported applied, in clinic, herb is widely applied in treating FLD, compound preparation is adopted widely, the curative effect discrepancy. This experiment consult the making fatty liver model method of sunxuan et al, affording hyperlipid diet at the same time alcohol affusing stomach, this method is more close with much drinking accompany hyperlipid diet, it can shorting making model time, time of making model is 4 weeks, adopting biochemistry methord to test hepatic function, blood sugar, blood fat, testing MDA by Thiobarbiturate reaction product colormeter analyzer, testing GSH-Px by (), pathology testing by HE and sudan III stain and compare . Result, all in model group emerge fatty degeneration, and reached fatty liver diagnoistic criteria, the most is moderate and severe fatty degeneration, in treating group 3rats have not fatty degeneration, light grade 7, moderate 2, severe 0, compare two groups P<0.05, difference is significant, it suggests liver-fat compound preparation can prevent and cure fatty liver induced by alcohol and hpyerlipid diet. In model group liver index, GLU, ALT, AST, CHOL are all higher than normal group obviously, TG arise lithtly, compare with normal group there is not statistical difference, in liver-fat compound preparation treating group, liver index, GLU, ALT, AST, CHOL are all lower than than in model goup obviously, GLU, ALT, AST is the same with normal group, this suggest liver-fat compound preparation can decrease transaminase, ameliorate hyperglycemia, hyperlipid at the same time with reliving liver deposition. In model group GSH-Px is lower than in normal group, compare two groups, t1=3.31, P<0.05, compare model group and liver-fat compound preparation group, t2=10.43, P<0.05, compare normal group and liver-fat compound preparation group, t3=7.97, P<0.05, compare every two groups in three groups, there is significant difference each, GSH-Px sort: liver-fat compound preparation group >normal group >model group, liver-fat compound preparation group is highest. MDA in model group is higher than normal group and liver-fat compound preparation group, compare MDA in normal group and liver-fat compound preparation group, t3=1.66, P>0.05, numeric value is close and no significant difference; this suggest liver-fat compound preparation can enhance GSH-Px in liver, decrease liver peroxidation, reduce MDA. Liver-fat compound preparation is composed of folium ginkgo, rhizoma alismatis, radix bupleuri, nvzhenzi. Some study had indicated that folium ginkgo, rhizoma alismatis, nvzhenzi could reduce Blood triglyceride, and nvzhenzi radix bupleuri could restrain hepatocyte Lipid peroxidation. The compose of ganzhi mixture was obviously reasonabale, wich prevented fatty liver, and reduced tall blood sugar, tall Cholesterol in the same time. Ganzhi mixture could induce GSH-Px, and reduce MDA too in liver, wich indicated the mechanism of curing fafatty liver was to restrain hepatocyte Lipid peroxidation.
