Clinical Research On Huonaofang Treating Alzheimer Disease

To observe the effect of Huonaofang treating Alzheimer Disease(kidney deficient encephala reduce),to explore the mechanism of Huonaofang treating Alzheimer Disease.Methods: We selected 40 patients of AD, then detached them to two groups, applying Huonaofang to treat 20 patients(treatement group), contrasted with Naofukang to treat 20 patients(control group),especially pay attention to Chinese medicine symptom.Results: 1 treatement group's total valid rate was 65%,precede control group's 25%(0.010.05).4, Compare to impovement rate of Chinese medicine symptom( %), treatement group's rate was 35.63?8.84, exceed control group's 24.49?3.37(p<0.05).5x In our experiment process, there were not adverse reactions for treatement group's patients, especially to liver andkidney function.Conclusions: Huonaofang could lighten Alzheimer Disease patients' symptom, starve demetia course, improve life quality. In the experiment, there were not adverse reactions for clinical application. Huonaofang is the perfect prescription of treating AD.
