Objective: To exam the distribution of integrin 3 t in mouse testicular spermatogenic cells during fetal and postnatal development. Methods: Immunohistochemistry. Results: In the 15, 17 , 19 days post coitum(dpc) and 1, 4, 7, 10 days post partum(dpp), integrin β1 was not found in mouse testicular seminiferous epithelium. From 11 dpp to adult mouse, integrin β1i was expressed mainly in cell membranes of type A spermatogonia. Integrin β1 was expressed in cell membranes of not only ASingie spermatogonia, but Apajred spermatogonia and Aaligned spermatogonia.Conclusion:1.Integrin β1i could be the surface marker of spermatogonial stem cells of mouse between 11 dpp and adult.2. Integrin β1 can be expressed in cell membranes of ASingle spermatogonia, Apajred spermatogonia and Aligned spermatogonia.3. Integrin β1 was not expressed in seminiferous epithelium of fetal mouse testes and testes of 1 ~ 10 dpp mouse.
