Objective To approach the distribution feature of interleukin-1 beta-511 (IL-1B -511) interleukin-lbeta+3954(IL-1B +3954), interleukin-1 receptor antibody (IL-1RN) genotypes and its effect on the clinical results related to the infection of helicobacter pylori, and to study the relation between interleukin-1 genotypes and density of helicobacter pylori. Method Patients coincided to research standard, to evaluate the infection of helicobacter pylori . the density of helicobacter pylori . the gastric histopathology in chronic gastritis in the gastric mucous membrane samples ; at equal pace, to detect interleukin-1 beta-511 (IL-1 B -511),. interleukin-1beta+3954(IL-lB +3954), interleukin-1 receptor antibody(TL-lRN) genotypes with the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphi-sm(PCR-RFLP) in patients peripheral blood. Result Among interleukin-1 beta-511 (IL-1B-511) genotypes, there are C/C genotype 24 cases(17.3%), C/T 75 cases(54.0%) T/T 40 cases(28.8%); Among interleukin-1beta+3954(IL-l P +3954) genotypes, there are C/T genotype 7 cases(5.0%), C/C genotypel32 cases(95.0%), no T/T ;Interleukin-l receptor antibody(IL-1RN)genotypes, there are 1/4 genotype 1 case(0.7%)> 2/2 1 case(0.7%), 1/1 110 cases(79.2%), 1/2 27 cases(19.4%). There are no statistical differences in IL-1B-511 /RN2 genotypes among CG. DU, GU. In patients with DU, there are differences in IL-1B -511 genotypes between helicobacter pylori-positive and helicobacter pylori-negative, and IL-1B-511 */T genotype is predisposing factor for helicobacter pylori infection, OR value is 6.1. In overallpatients and patients with helicobacter pylori infection, age above 60 years old is a risk factor for GU,each OR is 5.7 14.9. In patients with CG, everyone of interleukin-1 genotypes has no statistical relation with inflammation degree or neutrophilic granulocyte activity,the median level of helicobacter pylori density is a risk factor for inflammation degree, OR value is 12.8. In patients with age above 60 years old, IL-1 B-511 */T genotype is a risk factor for helicobacter pylori density, OR value is 8.0. Frequencies between the occurrence of IL-1b-511 and IL-IRN2 genotypes has no correlation statistically. Conclusion First time, the distribution feature of IL-1B -511, IL-1B +3954, IL-1RN genotypes is researched in Yunnan Province, to provide the prevention and therapy of the helicobacter pylori-infection and its clinical results with rationale in Yunnan Province; The distribution feature of IL-1 genotypes are same with the research in Taiwan of china and Japan,but compared to the crowd in Europe, they is obvious difference,which can provide cause for the difference in the clinical results related to helicobacter pylori-infection between the crowd in east and in west with clue. There are no differences in IL-1 genotypes among CG, GU and DU related to helicobacter pylori-infection. In patients with DU, IL-1B -511*/T genotype is predisposing factor for helicobacter pylori infection,which is probably related to the extra high detection rate in patients with DU. Age above 60 years old is a risk factor for GU,which provide the period of prevention and therapy of clinical results related to helicobacter pylori-infection with reference value. The median level of helicobacter pylori density is risk factor for inflammation degree. In patients with age above 60 years old, IL-1B -511 */T genotyps are risk factor for helicobacter pylori density, which mean carriers of IL-1B -511 */T genotype with helicobacter pylori-infection may result in the high level of helicobacter pylori-infection.
