Effects And Mechanism Of PQYCJ On CPID

To observe the effects of PQYCJ on CPID, we used the CPID model rats induced by Escherichia coli and phenol glue, the influence of PQYCJ on the model rats was observed by different parameters. PQYCJ's effect on uterus contraction and its anti-inflammatory effect, its analgesia effect, its antibioltic effect were also observed. Results were following:1. On the Escherichia coli induced CPID model: Escherichia coli can cause CPID in rats successfully. PQYCJ(34.66,17.33,8.67g -kg-1) ig, qd 20d can obviously inhibit the inflammatory change of model uterus, it can also decrease the blood MDA level in model rats.2. On the phenol glue induced CPID model: phenol glue can cause CPID in rats successfully. PQYCJ(34.66,17.33,8.67g kg-1) ig, qd X 20d can inhibit the inflammatory change of model uterus, it can also decrease the PGEa level in uterus of model rats. PQYCJ can also improve the hemorheology parameters of model rats.3. On uterus contraction: PQYCJ(34.66,17.33,8.67g kg-1,ig) in vivo and PQYCJ(0.14,0.07,0.035g) can significantly inhibit the uterus contraction of rats in vitro. It can decrease the amplitude and frequency of uterus contraction, especially to amplitude. It can also inhibite the uterus contraction induced by OT.4. Anti-inflammatory effect: PQYCJ(34.66,17.33,8.67g kg-1) ig, qd X 5d can-obviously inhibit auricle edema caused by dimethylbenzene in mice and hind paw edema caused by egg white in rats.5. Analgesia effect: PQYCJ(34.66,17.33,8.67g kg-1) ig, qd 5d can obviously inhibit mice pain reaction caused by hot plate and acetic acid.6. Antibioltic effect: the in vitro antibioltic test shows that PQYCJ has obvious antibioltic effect on staphylococcus aureus, Epi -staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus pyocyaneus . It has antibioltic effect on Streptococcus B, Gartner's bacillus, Klebsiella pneumoniae. It has no effect on Candida albicans.Conclusion: In the CPID model rats induced by Escherichia coli and phenol glue, PQYCJ can improve the correlative parameters. PQYCJ can significantly inhibite the uterus contraction. It also show anti-inflammatory effect, analgesia effect, and antibioltic effect.Its mechanism may be related to its inhibite effect on MDA and PEG2,and its improve effect on hemorheology parameters. Its effect on uterus may be related to its inhibite effect on OT.
