| Objective: By observing and analyzing the different expressions of E-cad MMP-9 or CD44V6 at normal oral mucous oral atypical hyperplasia and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC), to investigate the relationship of their abnormal expressions cancerate and metastasis.Method: With immunohistochemistry to detect respectively the different expression of E-cad MMP-9 and CD44V6 at 17 cases of normal oral mucous ,6 cases of oral atypical hyperplasia and 52 OSCC,Results: 1. E-cad MMP-9 and CD44V6 have different expressions at normal oral mucous oral atypical hyperplasia and OSCC. E-cad has higher positive ration in normal oral mucous oral atypical hyperplasia than in OSCC ; While MMP-9 and CD44V6 have lower positive ration in normal oralmucous oral atypical hyperplasia than in OSCC ;At the same time ,the positive expression ratio of E-cad is decreased with the decrease of differentiations degree in carcinoma; While the positive expression ratio of MMP-9 CD44V6 is increased with the differentiations degree . 2. E-cad has negative relation with MMP-9 and CD44V6 .MMP-9 and CD44V6 have relations with metastasis of carcinoma.Conclusion: E-cad MMP-9 and CD44V6 have important effect in metastasis and differentiations of OSCC ,the expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 have relationship with metastasis or differentiation of carcinoma, while the expression of E-cad has protective trend, which provide valid method to judge the prognosis of OSCC. |
