And uses the SPSS11.5 statistics software to carry on statistics analysis and the spearman to many data carries on the analysis to between various relevanceResults1.The expression level of SDF-1 in gastric cancer was higher than normal gastric tissues(P<0.01);The expression level of SDF-1 was correlated with the differentiation,but had no relation with the typing of gastric cancer(P>0.05).the expression level of SDF-1 with lymphoid node metastasis group were higher than them with no lymphoid node metastasis group(P<0.01).2.The expression level of SDF-1 in normal lymphoid node was statistically significant with normal gastric tissues(P<0.05).and there were statistically significant in metastasis lymphoid node and gastric cancer group(P<0.01).3.The expression level of SDF-1 in normal ovary was higher than normal gastric tissues(P<0.05).and the expression level of SDF-1 in krukenberg's ovary was higher than gastric cancer(P<0.01).4.The expression level of CXCR4 in gastric cancer were higher than their in control group(P<0.01).there were no tatistically significant in histology grouping(P>0.05).the expression level of CXCR4 with lymphoid node metastasis group were higher than them with no lymphoid node metastasis group(P<0.01).5.The expression level of VEGF in control group was lower than gastric cancer(P<0.01),there were no tatistically significant in the typing of gastric cancer(P>0.05).but VEGF level in highly differentiation tubular adenocarcinoma was higher than poorly differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma(P<0.01).6.The MVD in gastric cancer were higher than them in control group and the difference was significant on statistic(P<0.01).but the different typing of gastric cancer had no ststistical significance(P>0.05).7.The MLVD in gastric cancer were higher than them in control group and the difference was significant on statistic(P<0.01).but the different typing of gastric cancer had no ststistical significance(P>0.05).8.The expression level of MMP-9 in control group was lower than gastric cancer(P<0.01).The expression level of MMP-9 was concerned with the differentiation and typing of gastric cancer(P<0.05).Moreover,The expression level of MMP-9 with lymphoid node metastasis group were higher than them with no lymphoid node metastasis group(P<0.01).9.The expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in gastric cancer had positive correlation with VEGF,MVD,MVLD,MMP-9.the expression of VEGF,MVD,MVLD,MMP-9 all had the positive correlation.Conclusion1.The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis played the influential role in gastric cancer's developing process,on the one hand may stimulate the gastric cancer cell's multiplication and promotion tumor to grow directly,on the other hand secretes indirectly VEGF to stimulate vivo vascularizing.2.The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis played the role in gastric cancer's infiltration and the attack process,on the one hand participate directly the process of adherens,the tumour cell pseudopod and skeleton rearrangement;On the other hand makes the extracellular matrix degrade through inducting stomach cancer cell MMP-9 expression to promotes the stomach cancer cell's infiltration and the attack;3.The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis was related of "homing",SDF-1/CXCR4 high expression was related with partial lymph node metastasis,and the SDF-1/CXCR4 axis through adjust VEGFR-3 to stimulates the MLVD formation,attracts the stomach cancer cell to enter the lymph vessel.The normal lymph node,the ovary organization and no metastasis organ,as well as the tumor primary,the metastasis lymph node and the ovary krukenberg form the concentration gradient of SDF-1 expression level,thus attracted many expressed CXCR4 the stomach cancer cell metastasis to the source organ. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Gastric cancer, Stromal cell-derived factor-1, Cys-X-Cys receptor-4, Vascular endothelial growth factor, Matrix metalloproteinase-9, Microvessel density, Mierolymphatic vessel density | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
