Objectcive: The purpose of this study is to examine swallow function of macrophage; furthermore investigate the mechanism related to spontaneous ruptue of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Method: In this study, we used to look- forward experimentation of randomized control trial to collect 6 specimens from! ruptured HCC and 8 cases with non-ruptured HCC. Tumor tissue specimens of patient choosed of post-operation non-haemorrhage putrescence is used to examine: quantificationally investigate to expressions of hepatic macrophage (CD68) and its CD11b, CD 18 and CD 16 of surface receptors in flowcytometry; qualitatively analysis to locations and distributions of hepatic macrophage (CD68) and its CD 18 and CD 16 of surface receptors in immunohistochemical analysis (streptavidin-biotin peroxidase method). Results: Quantificationally investigate to expressions of hepatic macrophage(CD68) in flowcytometry fom cases with ruptured HCC and non-ruptured HCC: (1)Expression percents of macrophage (CD68) from liver carcinoma tissues is lesser cases with adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues in groups with non-ruptured HCC markedly, with statistical significance [10.63% ( 7.71-15.96% ) vs 17.80%(12.28-22.50%) , P<0.05]; (2)Expression percents of macrophage (CD68) from liver carcinoma tissues is lesser cases with adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues in groups with ruptured HCC markedly, with statistical significance [5.51% (4.55-8.33%) vs 12.40% (6.73-19.18%), P<0.05]; (3)Expression percents of macrophage (CD68) from groups with ruptured HCC is lesser cases with non-ruptured HCC in liver carcinoma tissues markedly, with statistical significance [5.51% (4.55-8.33%) vs 10.63%(7.71-15.96%) , P<0.01]. (4) Expression percents of CD68 of macrophage surfacereceptors from groups with ruptured HCC is lesser cases with non-ruptured HCC in liver carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues markedly, with statistical significance [7.02% (5.16-12.83%) vs 15.05% (9.77-18.75%), P<0.05) ]. Quantificationally investigate to expressions of CD11b, CD 18 and CD 16 for hepatic macrophage surface receptors in flowcytometry from cases with ruptured HCC and non-ruptured HCC: (1)Expression percents of CD11b,CD18 and CD 16 of macrophage surface receptors from liver carcinoma tissues is lesser cases with adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues in groups with non-ruptured HCC markedly, with statistical significance [8.93% (6.83-11.48%) vs 16.70% (8.68-21.53%) , P= 0.05, 6.67%(5.13-9.15%) vs 10.55% (8.13-13.65%) ,P<0.05 and 4.84% (4.53-5.52%) vs 9.64% (8.97-12.14%) , P<0.01]; (2)Expression percents of CDllb,CD18 and CD16 of macrophage surface receptors from liver carcinoma tissues is lesser cases with adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues in groups with ruptured HCC markedly, with statistical significance [6.19% (4.40-7.02%) vs 10.25% (8.83-11.95%), P<0.05, 4.46%(3.86-5.77%) vs7.09% (5.55-12.60%), PO.01 and 1.79% (1.57-2.48%) vs 3.75% (2.81-6.27%), P<0.05]; (3)Expression percents of CDllb, CD18 and CD16 of macrophage surface receptors from groups with ruptured HCC is lesser cases with non-ruptured HCC in liver carcinoma tissues markedly, with statistical significance [6.19% (4.40-7.02%) vs 8.93% (6.83-11.48%) , PO.05, 4.46% (3.86-5.77%) vs 6.67% (5.13-9.15%) , P<0.05 and 1.79% (1.57-2.48%) vs 4.84%(4.53-5.52%), P=0.001]; (4)Expression percents of CD16 of macrophage surface receptors from groups with ruptured HCC is lesser cases with non-ruptured HCC in adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues markedly, with statistical significance [3.75%(2.81-6.27%) vs 9.64% (8.97-12.14%) , P<0.01]; (5)Expression percents of CDllb, CD 18 and CD 16 of macrophage surface receptors from groups with ruptured HCC is lesser cases with non-ruptured HCC in liver carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues markedly, with statistical significance [7.18%(5.80-10.28%) vs 11.05% (7.58-17.10%) , P<0.05, 5.78% (4.41-7.59%) vs 8.68% (6.47-11.35%), P<0.05 and 2.64% (1.74-4.11...
