| The external hemorrhoid is a commonly and frequently encountered disease of clinic. In recently years, with the disease incidence increasing, people are paying more attention to it.The treatments of external hemorrhoid roughly indude conservative treatment and surgical treatment, and conservative treatment was compost of medicine for enternal use and oral medication. We use Zhi Ling Chong Ji to trent external hemorrhoid. ZHI LING CHONG JI can subdue swelling to stop pain, clearing away heat and toxic material. For the purpose of verifying the clinical curative effect of it for external hemorrhoid, 66 cases with external he morrhoiols were randomly divided into the treatment group c36 cases and the control group c30 cases. The former was jiven ZHI LING CHONG JI for the treatment and the later received XUE FU ZHU YU TANG. After two weeks treatment the curative effect of clinic was observed. The results showed that the total effective rate for the treatment group was 94.4% and the control group was 80.00%. Statistically, there were great differences between them (P<0.05). It's obvious that the treatment group had better curative effect than the control group. The clinical research indicated that ZHI LING CHONG JI can obviously relieve clinical symptoms and signs of external hemorrhoids. It has the advantages of short treating course, simple injection method, high curative effect, safe ty and small alongside effects. ZHI LING CHONG JI is an effective medicine to conservatively treat external hemorrhoids, especially to external hemorrhoids with infection.
