The Clinical And Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Acute Radiant Injure To The Oropharyngeal Mcus With The Spray Of Reducing Fever And Nourishing Yin Combined With Oral Decoction

To improve the treatment of acute radiating injure to the oropharyngeal Mucus caused by radiotherapy of the cephalocevical tumor, the treatment tactic is clearing away heat and toxic material, supplementing QI and nourshing YIN. The Spray of Reducing Fever and Nourishing YIN and the oral decoction are made with scientific technics. We study pharmacological effect of this drug, it is approved that "the Spray of Reducing Fever and Nourishing YIN" has the effects of auti-inflammation,treating oral uvcles and improving the microcirculation. The drugs are proved to be safe and atoxic. We study the preventing and treating effects of the Spray of Reducing Fever and Nourishing YIN combined with oral decoction on acute radiant injure to the oropharyngeal mucus in clinic from Sept. 2001 to Feb. 2002. 40 patients of oropharyngeal mucus in the treatment group were treated with the Spray of Reducing Fever and Nourishing YIN during radiotherapy of the cephalocevical tumor, and at the same time 40 patients took oral decoction with sodium solution and metronidazole. The result shows that the Spray of Reducing Fever and Nourishing YIN combined with oral decoction can insure normal radiotherapy program go on smoothly,and lighten the degree of acute radiant injure to the oropharyngeal Mucus, postpone the time of acute radiant injure to the oropharyngeal Mucus to appear, shorten the duration of acute radiant injure to oropharyngeal Mucus after radiotherapy. Novel method has after the radiotherapy. Curative effect is exact.
