Study On The Hemorhelogy Of Severe Scalded Rabbits Combinated With Endotoxin Blood

Objective: Great bloodstream dynamic change takes place in shock period when severe scalded happen. And it's more dangerous for a burn patient in shock period combinated with infection whatever on clinic progress or on pathophysiologic changes. The model of scalded rabbits combinated with endotoxin were established in the experiments. The difference of hemorheology between the model and common scalded animal were studied, which aim to explore endotoxin caused by infection how to influent the patients in shock period after burn.Methods: 20 adult rabbits were divided into scalded group and scalded combinated with endotoxin blood group, according to paired design. The former as control group, the latter as experiment group. The rabbits were anesthized, and their back hair were depilated 25% to 40% total body surface area by sulphur natrium. Then the thermal injuries were inflicited by dipping the same area into hot water about 85-90℃ for 30 seconds 30% BSA burn depth is Ⅲo proved by section of organid tissues. Endotoxin reagent were injected into experimental group, then three measurements under different shear force were taken 0,8 and 24 hours afterinjury and injection. SAS software were used for the statistic analysis of data.Results: 1.The evalument of baseline in two groups: The age , gender , raise and life condition and weight. The rabbits in each pair are approach (P>0.05). Their age, gender, raised and life condition, weight are all close. Their body surface area and burn index are all the same. This show that the scale of experimental animal was almostly indentical at the admission. 2. The evalument of 0H results in 2groups: under 180s-1,100s-1,50s-1,30s-1,10s-1 ,3s-1and 2s-1 shearforce, the data including whole blood viscosity(WBV), plasma viscosity(PV), ESR, HCT, fibrogen. Erythrocyte rigidity index(ERI), Erythrocyte adhesion index(EAI),ESK, and whole restore viscosity(WRV) in control group are similar to those in experimental group(P>0.05). This shows that high consistency endotoxin hasn't influenced experimental group yet in OH phase. 3. The value of 8H results in 2 groups: under 180s-1,100s-1, 50s-1,30s-1,10s-1 ,3 s-1and 2s-1 shear force ,the data in 2 groups changed, WBV and WRV in experimental group is higher than in control group (P<0.05). EAT and ERI in former group increased (P<0.05). ESR in group ascend (P<0.05), so did ESRK.On the other hand, the contents of fibrogen and PV in E group slightly decreased (P<0.05). At the same time, HCT in two groups have no variety (P>0.05). The trendence results from external endotoxin, which suggests endotoxin greatly influenced thehemorthemology instinct by acting on blood cells, big molecules such as protein in plasma. 4. The evalument of 24H results in 2 groups :under 180s-1,100s-1,50s-1,30s-1,10s-1 ,3s-1and 2s-1shear force, the data measures in 2 groups changed too, and the vary tendency coincides with the results in 8H. WBV and WRV in experimental group rise significantly from control group (P<0.05), particularly under 2s-1 shear force, the increment in WRV attentive (P<0.01). EAI and ERI in endotoxin group surpass those in scalded group evidently(P<0.05). So do ESR and ESRK (P<0.05). Consistent with the tendency in 8H, the fibrogen and PV in E group slightly descend (P<0.05), which result in dilution of blood. In the meantime, HCT in two groups has no statistic difference yet (P>0.05). The variety tendency shows no difference between 8H and 24H, as points out that the vary trend in hemorheomology caused by endotoxin is upward in 24 hours. The phenomenon maybe related to the aggravation of bloodstream dynamic state and finally deepens the shock. 5. The evalument of endotoxin content: endotoxin level in 2 groups is significantly different in 0H, 8H and 24H three phases (P<0.01). The experimental group is of a high degree in endotoxin contents (P<0.01). External endotoxin injection is a definite cause.Conclusions: compared with control group, most items of hemorhelogy in experimental group have significantly increased(P<0.
