| Severe jaundice was a symptom of clinical. Jaundice was divided into hepatic and obstructive jaundice. Severe jaundice may impair organs, tissue and cells. Eliminating bilirubin was an important clinical problem.Treatment of severe jaundice was the objective of this study with removing bilirubin by plasma-perfusion with HB-H-6 resin absorption. HB-H-6 resin was dealed with acid, alkaline, distillative water and alcohol. After resin was put into pitchers, resin pitchers were pretreated. Plasma-perfusion was performed with jaundice plasma in vitro. We made Severe jaundice animal model by bridge total biliary duct to cavity vein. Plasma-perfusions were performed to icteric dogs ,observe curative effect and influence . Results: (l)in vitro ,the absorption rates of total bilirubin , directive bilirubin and in directive bilirubin were respectivly 71.65 % (P<0.05) , 75.69 % (P<0.05) , 62.50 % (P<0.05) .The absorption rates of bilirubin were high with 30min (P<0.05) . The absorption rates of bilirubin were high before and after pitchers (P<0.05) . After perfusion 60min, The absorption rates of bilirubin were decreased (P>0.05) . So was before and after pitchers (P>0.05) . The concentration of protein decreased 23.45 % (P<0.05), before and after pitchers was no different (P>0.05). The concentration of potassium, calcium and magnesium respectivly decreased 20 % (P<0.05), 31 % (P<0.05) and 39 %(P<0.05), So was before and after pitchers CP>0.05). (2) Animal test , the absorption rates of total bilirubin , directive bilirubin and indirective bilirubin were respectivly 73.9 % (P<0.05) , 72.35 % (P<0.05) , 78.71 % (P<0.05) after perfusion. At perfusion 15 min and 30 min ,the absorption rates of bilirubin were high (P<0.05) . The absorption rates of bilirubin were the high before and after pitchers (P<0.05). At perfusion 60min, the absorption rates of bilirubin were decreased (P>0.05) . So was before and after pitchers (P>0.05 ) . The concentration of leukocyte and hemoblast decreased at the beginning of the perfusion. But, they could restored automatically at the end of perfusion. Hemoglobin did not change during the whole perfusion. The concentration of protein decreased 23.45 % (P<0.05) , before and after pitchers was no different (P>0.05). Both resin pitchers were pretreated ,the concentration of calcium in blood decreased 25 % (P<0.05) , other electrolyte in blood no change (P>0.05) .We can confirm (1) HB-H-6 resin can effectively eliminate bilirubin in blood.(2) HB-H-6 resin influenced the concentration of potassium, calcium and magnesium in plasma. It was clinically necessary that replenish or pretreated pitchers. |
