Obsjection: to study the choice of method operational skills,effects of treatment and complications in hip replacement.Material and Methods:unipolar hip replacement in 2 patients,bipolar hip replacement in 10 patients,total hip replacement in 6 patients,mean years of follow-up is 2years and 4months,applying with Harris score system to examine patients,while photoing hip X-ray on anteroposterior and lateral sites,.Results:Based on Harris evaluation method,the average preoperative score was 44,and postoperative score was 93 on average,the excellent and good rate was 94%,within two patients's extremity prolonged for lcm,another two patients getting low Harris's scores,whose photographs showing moved position of prostheses.Conclusion:hip replacement is effective for hip diseases,It is better to do total hip replacement's operation,in order to avoid the ache caused by acetabulum wear in half hip replacement.
