To investigate whether fatty liver in patients with T2DM is related with insulin resistance and dyslipidemia.Method96 T2DM were divided into fatty liver group andnon-fatty liver group. Their fasting levels of blood triglycerin(TG), total cholesterol (TC) , low-density lipoprotein(LDL) , high- density lipoprotein (HDL) , serum insulin(FINS) , blood sugar (FBS) were measured, at the same time, insulin resistance index(IRI) was calculated.ResultsThe levels of TG, LDL, FINS increased significantly in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(p<0. 05) ; the levels of HDL and IRI decreased significantly in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(p<0. 05) ; the levels of TC , FBS had no significant change between two groups (p>0. 05) .ConclusionFatty liver in patients with T2DM is remarkably correlated with Insulin resistance and dyslipidemia.
