Follow-up Of The Effect On The Urokinase Combined With Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitor On IgA Nephropathy

Objective: To Observing the effects of urokinase ( UK ) combined with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor() and applicated ACEI alone on IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Method : 71 cases with IgAN ,whose renal pathologic changewas no less than grade III determined by pathologist according Lee's method ,were divided into two groups : UK combined with ACEI group (benazepril 10mg/d and UK) and ACEI group (benazepril 10mg/d ). Follow-up the effect of two groups, and to analyze the factor that may effect the treatment such as course of treatment, grade of pathology and hypertension.Results: By the end of 12 courses ,SCr and CCr of UK combined with ACEI group was stable , the quantity of urine protein was descent, ALB and TP was step-up, is better than ACEIgtoup.The effect of the patients which complicated hypertension in UKcombined with ACEI group was better than ACEI group.The effect of patients whose glomerular score was noless than seven in UK combined with ACEI group was better than ACEI group,and the same result of the patients whose renal tubule score was noless than five. Pathologic change in most of 10 patients with second renal biopsy was stable.By the end of one year follow-up,most of the patients were labile,and UK combined with ACEI group was better than ACEI group.Conclusion: UK combined with ACEI was a effective method in IgAN with moderate or Severe pathologic change; glomerular score and hypertension can be used as a marker in use to Observing the effect of IgAN's treatment.
