Objectives:By detecting plasma plasma folate, vitamin B12,homocysteine(HCY)and angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)activity in patients with essential hypertension And the relationship between plasma folate, vitamin B12,HCY,angiotensin-converting enzyme activity and hypertension classification in patients with primary hypertension were analyzed and the blood pressure was measured in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:① Hypertension Case Group:According to the "China Hypertension Prevention Guide 2010",146 primary hypertension patients were selected from March 2015 to May 2016 in Kunming First People’s Hospital outpatient clinic and referral, those patients haven’t taken any Antihypertensive drugs, and no obvious heart, liver, kidney failure, cancer, severe infection, autoimmune diseases or non-secondary hypertension were found.② Healthy control group:46 healthy people were selected from our hospital physical examination center after physical examination, all with normal blood glucose, blood lipids, liver function, renal function, blood cell analysis and other laboratory testing and imaging examination.Informed consent was signed for all subjects. The researchers recorded the names, sex, age, smoking history, chronic disease history(including coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, stroke, etc.)of each patient, and all patients’ height and weight were measured and calculated a uniform basis Body mass index(BMI),measurement of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and other related indicators. Then fulfill the determination of liver and kidney function and other related biochemical indicators, and the Fasting serum folate, vitamin B12,HCY concentration,ACE activity level were recorded. The data of the above indexes were collated, and SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis. The results were analyzed by t-test and one-way variance. The results of linear correlation analysis(Pearson analysis)were used to analyze the effects of HCY concentration and folate, vitamin B12 concentration,HCY concentration and ACE to find out whether there is a significant difference in the relationship between the existences of activity.Results:1.The levels of folate and vitamin B12 in the plasma of patients with primary hypertension were significantly lower than those in the control group.2.The levels of HCY and ACE in the patients with primary hypertension were significantly higher than those in the control group. With the increase of blood.pressure, plasma folate,VitB12 concentration gradually decreased,HCY concentration increased significantly.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The folate was negatively correlated with HCY(r =-0.629)(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between vitamin B12 and HCY(r =-0.559)(P<0.05),and the HCY concentration was positively correlated with ACE(r =-0.629)R = 0.825)(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:According to the statistical analysis of the indicators of the case group and the control group, the following conclusions were drawn:1.The plasma HCY concentration and ACE activity in hypertensive group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group, suggesting that high plasma HCY level and high ACE activity level were a relative risk factor of hypertension.2.The level of blood pressure in patients with hypertension and HCY-related,with the high blood pressure classification, serum HCY levels also increased, and statistically significant.3.There was a positive correlation between HCY concentration and ACE activity level. |
