Study On Pharmacodynamics And Its Mechanism Of Shouwushen Granules

Using selectively step down test, step through test and Electric maze test and so on, We observed effect of SWS(Shouwushen Granules) on impairment of memory induced by anisodium, scopolamine, pentobarbital, sodium Nitrile, alcohol in model mice and the model of learning and memory obstacle caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of mices. The results showed that SWS can improve ability of learning and memory acquisition, consolidate and retrieval in model mices.SWS(1.75> 3.5CK 7.0g/kg)ig can obviously shorten the moving time of model mices and the frequency of their raising forelegs . At the same time, it has the function of composure along with the use of chlorpromazine, diazepam, pentobarbital sodium. All of the experiments revealed SWS can hold down the self-moving time of model mices and suggested a clear relation between amount and effect.SWS(1.75^ 3.5(K 7.0g/kg)ig can obviously prolong the living time of the model rices in the conditions lacking oxygen and their breathing time in swimming and head-cutting. The experiments above idicate that SWS can help the model rices remarkablely promote the ability of living and increase the amount of oxygen-providing.At the same time, its mechanism was researched in the experiments that SWS improve dysmnesia of learning and memory in model mices.I find SWS (1.75^ 3.5CK 7.0g/kg)ig can also hold down the death of nerve cells that the model of learning and memory obstacle caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of mices. SWS (1.33 > 2.66^ 5.32 g.kg"') ig can obviously holded up the quantity of Acetylcholine and Aminobutyric Acid in cerebral organization of rats, and can obviously holded down the higher content on Calcium in cerebral organization caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of rats, and have a tendency of depending upon the amount. Which uncoversSWS can protect the brain cells evidently.The thesis presents a further study on the influence of SWS upon the blood freezing time, as a result, I find SWS 3.5CK 7.00g/kg group can prolong the bleeding time of the normal rices tails; The bleeding time of the model of learning and memory obstacle caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of rices are shorter than the normal rices, and SWS 7.00g/kg group can prolong clearly the bleeding time of the rices tails that the model of learning and memory obstacle caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of mice; SWS 2.66> 5.32g/kg group can decrease the congregation of platelets in the big rats, which means that SWS can improve blood circulation and protect the nerve cells in the brain.The results above implies SWS can invigorating the kidney and supplementing the essence of life,relieve uneasiness of body and mind,enhance learning abilities.
