Objective: To discusse the method, results and clinical value of TCRM. Methods: 34 patients treated by TCRM and 42 patients with myoma treated by hysterectomy(the size of utrine <10w) were divided 2 groups .The duration of operation, bleeding volume during operation, hospital stay after operation, the time of bowel function recurrence and cost of hospitalization were compared by retrospective study. Results: There were significant differences in the duration of operation, bleeding volume during operation, hospital stay after operation and the time of bowel function recurrence between two groups (P<0.001), wherase no significant difference was showed in the cost of hospitalization(P.0.05). Conclusion: Because of its rapid recovery, less pain, shorter duration of operation , little trauma and early discharge, TCRM is one of effective and safe methods to treat myoma.
