| Essential hypertension (EH) is one of the common internal diseases. Its pathogenesis hasn't been expounded completely. In recent years, the correlation of insulin resistance (IR) and EH has been paid widely attention to in cardiovascular and endocrine field. In and out our country study substartiate that patients with EH exist in phenomenon of IR. The thesis summarize present study situation about EH and IR from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.Modern medicine, through a large quantity of clinical and experimental studys about pathogenic factor, pathogenesis , diagnosis of IR thinks it is closely concerned with genesis, development, prognosis and treatment of EH and promote some principle of treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has also a large quantity studied the correlation of EH and IR, opened up the new thread of thought about Chinese drugs treating EH and provided the basis of looking for reducing blood pressure Chinese drugs in improving insulin sensitivityQingnaojiangya decoction is an effective prescription of treating EH and IR achieved by professor LiYan through many years research. The study assayed blood sugar and insulin and calculate insulin sensitivity index through OGTT experiment and investigate the mechanism of Qingnaojiangya decoction intervening in hyper-insulinemia and IR. |
