The thesis mainly includes the study of the effects of low intensity laser irradiation, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection(SM), Danshensu, Tanshinone on the respiratory burst of neutrophils, and the study of the effects of the combination of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation and SM, Danshensu, or Tanshinone on the respiratory burst of neutrophils. In this paper, the history of clinic and basic research on low intensity laser therapy and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection, respectively, has been outlined, and the respiratory burst of neutrophils, especially the effect of the excellular pH on the respiratory burst of neutrophils, has been discussed. In this paper, the chemiluminescence was used to observe the effects of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation, SM, Danshensu, Tanshinone and the combination of them on the respiratory burst of neutrophils respectively by single photon counter device. The main conclusions are listed as following:1. Low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation can inhibit the respiratory burst of neutrophils.2. Different irradiation dose of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation can stimulate or inhibit the respiratory burst of neutrophils, so that the biological information model of photobiomodulation put forward by Liu TCY et al holds.3. The intensity plays a more important role in the factors of the dose than the irradiation time does for photobiomodulation on neutrophils.4. SM, Danshensu, or Tanshinone can inhibit the respiratory burst of neutrophils.5. The effect of the combination of laser irradiation and SM, Danshensu, or Tanshinone is more significant than that of only laser irradiation or medicine.
