Research On Comprehensive Effect Evaluation Of Aircrew's Furlough

Aircrew's furlough at sanatorium is not only an important content of air force medical service, but also an important measure to promote air force development. In the past fifty years, air force health service practice shown that aircrew's furlough at sanatorium played an important role in aircrew's physical relaxation, emotional balance, health promotion and flying time prolonging. Scientific evaluation of aircrew's furlough effect is significant in improving the furlough quality, reforming the furlough measures.Based on the transformation of modern medical mode, the development of the furlough medicine and aero medicine, the research on aircrew's furlough effect at sanatorium was conducted by analyzing the aircrew's furlough effect system, establishing the Index System and comprehensive Evaluation Model of Aircrew's Furlough Effect connected with the practice of aircrew's furlough of Chinese Air Force. According to engineering model-build theory, this comprehensive evaluation method was applied in the aircrew's sanatoriums and proved to have a satisfying result with its scientific and practical value.
