| The pattern identification and healing principles are one of the academic characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Syndrome is the core of pattern identification and healing principles. The study of syndrome is the focal point of TCM, it includes the syndrome of standardization, objectifying and essence. The study of heart or spleen qi deficiency has carried on for a long time, but it ignored the study of zang-fu organs, just has focused on the simple organ study. This paper is from the viewpoint of the organic entirety, using the scientific and technological means of modern medicine, and make a more systematic research in the mechanism and essence of heart-spleen qi deficiency. At the same time, for more objective exposition, we analyse the pulse phenomena of heart-spleen qi deficiency through multimedis system, and analyse it through statistic. On this basis, the paper combines the clinical case, carrying on further analysisand discussion from the rheology of blood. Through the research of the above several respects, the essence and objectifying of heart-spleen qi deficiency have more clear standards, thus made a positive exploration in research pf the TCM diagnostics.
