Clinical Trial On Treating Chronic Hepatitis B Of Deficient Spleen Type With Benefitting Qi And Removing Virus

To investigate the etiologital factor, pathogenesis and therapy ofChronic hepatitis B(HBV),and suggest the basic pathogenesis of HBV is the deficiency of spleen and the existing of evil.On these grounds,formulating the basic therapy of nourishing spleen.Profoting Qi,clearing heat and removing evil with the Jianpiqinggan pallet.Studying the effect and mechanim of the pallet abiding by the themry of traditional Chinese medicine.A controlled clinical trial was conducted:60 cases of HBV of deficient spleen type were screened out and divided into 2 groups randomly-Therapic Group and Control Group.Results show as follows,the pallet can improve not only the symptom and sign of HBV,but also the hepatic function.The outstanding effective rate of the decoction is 53.3%, effective rate is 30.0% and the total effective rate is 83.3%.The results of treatment prove the efficrency of Jianpiqinggan pallet,deepen the TCM'S congation to HBV,and guide the clinical practice.
