| Objective: This study is to evalute the action of inhibition tumour and influence on immunocyte effects of combined use of IL-2/LAK cell and Plum-blossom like tongue spot pill, from the theory and experimental study whice offers the theoretical according as for clinical treatment of tumour. Method: The animal model of rate S180saracoma was available to observe the effective by combined use of IL-2/LAKcell and Plum-blossom like tongue-spot pill, such as : the inhibition tumour action to rate S-180 sarcoma; influence on the killing activity to NK cell ;phagocytic function of macrophage and red cell immunity function, the same time .chemotherapy group and N.S control group were set up for comparability. Results: Use of IL-2/LAK cell combined Plum-blossom like tongue-spot pill showed excellent inhibition to rate S180 sarcoma, compared with the control group, it improved significantly the killing activity to NK cell, phagocytic function of macrophage and red cell immunity function. Conclusion : It showed excellent inhibition action to rate S180 sarcoma by combined use of IL-2/LAK cell and plum-blossom like tongue-spot pill .the mechanism of action is related to improvement of mice's consitution quality and NK cell activity ;phagocytic function macrophage and red cell immunity by reason of combined use of IL-2/LAK cell and plum-blossom like tongue-spot pill .exception for plum-blossom liketongue-spot pill having the function :clearing away and remove toxic heat;dissipating bloodd stasis and reliving swelling. |
