| Objective To review the effect of the inflammatory factor and adherence factor on pyretic syndrome tumor by the treatment of QingreXiaotansanjie, through establish the S180 tumor model of TCM pyretic syndrome by alcohol, and to approach the mechanism of action about the pathogenic heat affect tumor'growth and development.Methods Establishing S180 tumor model, and establishing the model of pyretic syndrome by alcohol. all of the groups were divided into five groups: tumor group, Rexie group, Xiaotansanjie group, Qingrexiaotan group, chemotherapy group. At the first week, the Rexie group was lavage 50% alcohol (CO:0.65ml/ml)0.2ml/20g, once a day . The second day after the model established, the mice start to be administered. The tumor group mice were lavaged 0.4ml physiologic saline once a day; the Rexie group mice were lavaged 0.4ml physiologic saline once a day; the Qingrexiaotan group mice were lavaged 0.4ml traditional Chinese medicine Xiaotansanjie once a day; the Qingrexiaotan group mice were lavaged 0.4ml traditional Chinese medicin Qingrexiaotan once a day; the chemotherapy group mice were lavaged 0.4ml FT-207 mixed liquor once a week. All of the groups were observed their body condition,tumor growth and weight. The centrifuged blood was detected PGE2 by the method of radioimmunity, and observed the condition of pyretic syndrome. The tumor tissue was detected contents of IL-8 proteinum by the method of ELISA. The tumor tissue was detected contents of ICAM-1,TNF-α,VEGF,COX-2 proteinum and mRNA of ICAM-1,TNF-α,VEGF,COX-2. In the tumor model of pyretic syndrome, contents of PGE2,IL-8,TNF-α,and COX-2 proteinum high and contents of ICAM-1 and VEGF proteinum was low. There are the inhibited action on tumor in the group of Xiaotansanjie,Qingrexiaotan and chemotherapy.Results The the tumor model of pyretic syndrome was successful to be established.The contents of PGE2 of the Rexie group was higher than the other groups,and inhibited the growth of the tumor. Conclusion The pathogenic heat is one of the mechanisms for the growth and development of tumor. The mechanisms was that the expression of COX-2, caused the strength of PGE2,IL-8, and stimulate VEGF highly, finaly caused the tumor growthed faster. The method of Qingrexiaotansanjie has the significant action on pyretic syndrome tumor through depressing inflammatory factor.. |
