The Clinic Observation Of Zhizhuo Guben Wan Treated Chronic Nephrites Shenxu Shire Zheng Proteinuria

Objective To study the mechanism of the therapeutic of Zhizhuo Guben Wan(ZZGBW) on chronic nephrites .Methods Ninety patients were divided into two groups in random: Zhizhuo Guben Wan group (48 cases) and Shenyan Siwei Pian(SYSWP) Group (48 cases).Results The total effective rate of improving the clinic symptom of TCM by ZZGBW is 87.5%,which is superior to SYSWP. The total effective rate of reducing urinary protein content by Zhizhuo Guben Wan is 89.6%, which is superior to SYSWP . ZZGBW can improve the renal function situation of patients whose renal function are wildly affected. ZZGBW can increase the content of plasma protein of chronic nephritis suffererc ZZGBW can reduce the content of lipid of chronic nephritis sufferer.Conclusion ZZGBW has already identified to be effective to curing chronic nephritis Shenxu ShiRe Zheng Proteinuria .It is assumed that it' s mechanism of the therapeutic make it impossible to approach the curative effective of enlivening the spleen and stabilizing the kidney ,heat clearing and dampness eliminating, adjusting the body' s immune function.
