The Mechanism And Effect Of Nourish Yin And Active Xuein Jin Kui To Treat Qing Zhi Disease

With the development of medical biology-psychology-society model, QINGZHI DISEASE have received extensive attention throughtout the world. Directed by the thinkingway of TCM and with modern method of psychology, this article is aim to analyze the change of Qi, Xue , Yin during the procedure of QINGZHI DISEASE formation ,so that we can find a new way to identify this kind of disease and supply a more efficient method to cure it.With the method of clinical-epidemiology I have recruited 76 volunteers, and then analyzed with the method of Multi-variable liner stepwise regression analysis which was supported by SAS system. The result shows that there are variation not only of Qi, but of Xue and Yin during the procedure of QINGZHI DISEASE formation, especially of Yin deficiency and Qi stagnasis. Moreover there is a closely relation between Yin, Xue and process of QINGZHI DISEASE(P<0.05) . We can concluded that the change of Qi is more important during the constant changeable QINGZHI DISEASE . We should regulate the moviation of Qi at the very beginning because Qi stagnasis is the most notable pathology during this course, then with the lapse of time changes of Yin and Xue are more important, at the same time we should take the principle of nourish Yin and active Xue, which was nominated in JIN KUI YAO LUE.The object is to clarify constant changeable pathology in QINGZHI DISEASE systemically and logically , and then supply new thingkingways and appropriate therapy to this disease.
