Clinical Research On BiQiuNing Treating Allergilc Rhinitis Disease

ObjectiverTo evaluate tlie efficacy of treatment of BIQIUNING(BQN) on allergilc rhinitis(AR) and prob into its mechanism.MethodsrBased the cause and mechanism of Allergic rhinitis disease ,we selected 50 patients of allergic rhinitis applying BIQINING(BQN) to treat 25 patients (treating group).contrasted with common Astermizole tablet (AST) to treat 25 patients (contrasting group),Asurveywas conducted on clinical effect of BQN and an experinment was conducted to test the change of slgA. BL-4 andIFN-Y in the nasal discharge;Result: the results showed as follows;1. BQN'S total valid rate is 76%,slightly bad than AST'S 84%; but there were not significantly difference when compared to with AST (p>0.05 ) 2.BQN can significantly relieve the rhinostegnosis, rhinocnesmus, sneeze and snivel.and there were no significantly difference when compared to with AST(p>0.05). but BQN is better at ameliorating the physical signof nasal cavit than AST. And there were significantly difference when compared to with AST3BQN can significantly lower the level of U-4;and there was significantly difference when compared to with AST4J3QN can significantly upper the level of IFN-y and SIgA,and there was significantly difference when compared to with AST5.There was not adverse reaction for clincal apphcation .the safety of BQN is better than AST.Conclusion: The treating effect of BQN could be certain.maybe the BQN has better function of adjusting immunity,antagonizing Allergy.Clincal application for BQN had not adverse reaction .The safety of BQN is better than AST...
