The thesis do some preliminary studies on influencing factors of macerational rate of chemical compostion for Chinese herbal medicine in compound decoction. We apply the orthogonal test and determine contents of chemical compostion in the decoction by using some advanced detection method such as HPLCx HPCE and A AS etc. The experimental results show:the mineral medicine and the animal medicine which having rigid texture,for example Fluoritum and Carapax Trionycis,should be broken into 60 mesh,added 10 doubles water and decoctered first 1.5-2 hours.The toxic drugs such as Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata can reach the safe limit after being decoctered first 30 minutes.Other drugs such as Herba Ephedrae should be decoctered first twice and 15 minutes every time.Likewise,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis with being decoctered later 10 minutes is best.In conclusion,different drugs should be treated respectively owing to their diverse influencing factors of lixiviated rate of chemical compostion in decoctional process of the compound decoction.
