Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Yizhong Shengxue Tablet In Iron Deficiency Anemia Patients

Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA)is a common nutrition deficiency disease, it has a fairly high sickness rate especially in developing countries.In order to study the mechanism that IDA was treated with Yizhong shengxue Tablet, we observed the therapeutic effects and various correlative index of blood before and after treatment.we conculded that:1.Red Blood cell(RBC^ Hemoglobin(HB)> Mean Corpuscular volume (MCV) -> Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin(MCH) > Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration(MCHC)are lower than range of normal value in blood of IDA patients,they present microcytic hypochromic anemia;meanwhile, Serum Iron(SI^ Serum Ferritin(SF)are lower than normal value,Total Iron Binding Capacity(TIBC)is higher, these indicate iron storage deficiency in IDA patients'bodies.2.Yizhong shengxue Tablet can clearly improve clinical manifestation of anemia and iron storage deficiency of IDA patients, and it can make RBC , HB . MCV > MCH , SF . SI clearly rise(P<0.01),TIBC clearly fall(P<0.01).3.There is notable difference of each inedx before and after treatment (P<0.01),cure and effect rate is 78.3%,total effective rate is 100%.We consider that Yizhong shengxue Tablet has a good therapeutic action, it can clearly improve clinical manifestation and side effect is fewer, so it is effective medicine for curing IDA.
