Part OneRadioimmunoassay Serum -AP1-28 Level in Nomal Mental State Adults inDifferent Age Groups[Objective] To explore the relationship between serum -APl-28 level and age in nomal mental state adults. [Materials and methods] With the method of Balanced Saturated Competition Radioimmunoanalysis, we measured serum -APn>8 levels in 185 nomal mental state adults, who were divided into four groups including youth (n=30, age of 20-35), middle age (n=30, age of 36-59), old (n=90, age of 60-79) and very old (n=35, age of 80-94). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS program 8. 0. [Results] No significant difference of serum {3 -APi-28 level was found among the four groups. [Conclusion] There' s no direct relationship between serum -AP1-28 level and age in nomal mental state adults.
