| From five different Adsorbents provided by Tianjin KeWei Biochemical developmental Limited Company, We selected two Adsorbents that had better adsorption of Endotoxin. Changing its function base of one of the two Adsorbents, we found the 3-2# adsorbent (we called Endotoxin Adsorbent-2, EA-2) had the best adsorption of Endotoxin. Therefore, we studied the effects of EA-2 detailed under different time, different temperature, different concentration of Endotoxin and different weigh of Adsorbent. Conclusion: the adsorption rate can reach 88.57% and the adsorption weigh was 2.792EU/g.
