The Study On Inspection Of The Tongue Through Dynamic Observation Of 366 Cases Of Thorax Arthralgia Syndrome (ischemic Heart Disease)

The study is on inspection of the tongue through dynamic observation of 366 cases of thorax arthralgia syndrom (ischomic heart disease) to probe into the law of inspection of the tongue. It gives an accordance in analysing the pathogenic factor and pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs and judging the prognosis.The content of the study is on inspection of tongue proper and tongue coating from three courses, before, during and after the treatment, and the result is analysed. The conclusion is that there are nine kinds of colors of the tongue which is dark reddened tongue, 37.70% the greatest proportion, pale tongue, dark pale tongue, pink tongue, pale and purplish tongue, purplish red tongue, dark purplish tongue, red tongue and deep-red and purplish tongue in proportion, and of which dark reddened tongue is the sign of blood stasis syndrome in the course of occurring, developing and transforming of the disease. The superficial signs are dark reddened tongue, purplish red tongue and dark purplish tongue and the original one is pale tongue on the study . Dark reddened tongue with yellow coating, dark pale tongue with white and moist coating, pale tongue with white and moist coating, pale purplish tongue with white and moist or greasy coating happen in the development, which explains that the ordinary syndromes are chest yang deficiency, accumulation ofII/phlegm and phlegm-blood stasis; The foundational sign of transforming tongue is dark reddened tongue with slight white coating or pink tongue with slight white coating. In conclusion, the inspection of the tongue plays an important role.
