The Clinical Study On Accelerating Fracture Union By Three-stone Powder

ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Objective To study therapy effect and mechanism of Chinese traditional medicine accelerating the healing of fracture.Methods Seventy-five patients of corpus ossis femoris fracture were rando- mized into two groups:the therapy group and control group.The therapy group was treated with Three-stone powder I ?II , HI according to early,middle and later stage of fracture,whereas the control group was treated with fracture.sprain powder.The time of therapy was two months per group.Result The statistics showed that The therapy group I , II , III was better than the control group in respects of callus X-rayevaluation,detumescence,analgesia and clinical healing time抯 reduction.Conclusion According to mech- anism of fracture taking Chinese traditional medicine in order of early, middle and later stage of fracture can obviously accelerate fracture healing more than single prescription.
