Objective:To investigate immune function of the cell in the peripheral blood and it抯 meaning in the clincial practice, who suffer from lung cancer or common inflammation of lung. Methods: Using flow cytonietry and monclonal antibodies to evaluate T lymphocyte subsets NK cells of peripheral blood in 30 normal, 35 patients with lung cancer and 38 patients with common inflammation of lung. Results: The CD3, CD4 T cells and helper/suppressor radio (CD4/CD8) CD56, ~ were significantly lower (P<0.01) and CD8T cells was significantly higher (P<0.05) in patients with lung cancer than in normal controls. The CD3, CD4 CD8T cells and helper/suppressor radio (CD4/CD8) were no significant difference in patients with common inflammation of lung to the normal controls (P>0.05 ),but CD5(,,1(, low have difference(0.0I |
