Subeschar tissue fluid (STF) has been regarded as 'a bioactive bank' full of many active substances, especially endotoxin and TNF- α.However ,until now we don't know what is its actual biological activity. although it had been believed that STF had suppressive effect upon in vitro cell-mediated immunologic function. We have known that the concertration of endotoxin TNF-α and middle-molecule in STF is higher than in serum, which can induce systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), and a hurt of liver cells and endothelial cells. Objective: To explore the effects of S TF on T-lymphocyte activity and complement activity of serum, then illustrate its biological activity and probable mechanism in immunobiologic modulation. Methods: 1. Kunmin mice were injected with STE patients serum and healthy human serum through abdominal cavity to observe the changes of T-lymphocyte function inducd by ConA after 72h. 2. 7day later, the changes of complement activities of serum was investigated in three groups. Results: 1. In vivo and in vitro, STF and patients serum could supress the lymphocete activity, and the level of STE were higher(p |
