| EEC of 27 NPLE patients were examined. The result show that the main feature in EEG was the increasing of diffuse 6 , 0 waves, and clinical signifiance of EEG epilepti from discharge in 5 patients with epileptic. The abnormality rate of NPLE was significantly higher than those of SLE without neuropsychiatric disorders(P<0.0 1), significant differences in EEC abnormality rate were also observed between different groups of NPLE. EEG of NPLE carried out in early state can provide valuable reference for the early diagnosis, evaluation progress of NPLE. CT image changes of 27 examinations of skull in 27 NPLE patients were analyzed. The images of 22 examinations were abnormal(8 1.5%), including ischemia, infract, hemorrhage, focal demyelination, and cerebral atrophy, the highest occurrence area was basal ganglia (12 times), the most change was ischernial infract (10 times). The abnormality rate of NPLE was significantly higher than those of SLE without neuropsychiatric disorders(P<0.0l), but no significant differences in CT abnormality rate were observed between differé½t groups of NPLE. CT is sensitive for the examination of lesions of NPLE, and the total positive rate is as high as 81.5%. It抯 high resolution rate can display the nature and areas of the lesions, which may provide valuable reference for the early diagnosis, treatment, evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and progress of NPLE. The clinical date of 106 S LE patients with cardiac abnormalities were studied prospectively. The frequent manifestations included cardiopalmus, anhelous, etc(92.5%). II and upwards of stage cacophony between shrinking phase beyond precordium (3 0.2%). pericardium effusions (82 cases, 41.5 %) ,ventricular and atrium dilatation(35 cases, 33.0%), incidence of valvular (82cases,77.3) were the more common echoé–rdiographic abnormality in patients with SLE .The ECG of 60 examinations(56.6%) demonstrates abno- rrnal .The cardiac complications can get better after effective therapy of SLE. 3 ECG can be not only used to provide reference of cardiac abnormalities, but also used as a marker to estimate the effect of treatment. UCG was sensitive for the detection of cardiac abnormalities, and can provide reference for decide the abnormal degree of myocardium , evaluation progress. I 28consecutive patients with SLE were studied from the pleuropulmonary points of view. The main pleuropulmonary manifestation of SLE is tussis, expectoration(71 .9%), dyspnoea (64.1%), thoracalgia (55.5%), etc. Other pulmonary manifestations include acute lupus pneurno- nitis, chronic interstitial lung disease with fibrosis, etc. It was considered that there were many X-ray manifestations of lungs in SLE. There might be massive peripheral unclear shadows ,besides pleura effi.ision, increased lung-markings, small particles, reticular shadows and parenchyma shadows, which were similar to these of pneumonia. X-ray should be done early and on terms as a conventions to discover the change of lung and pleura early. Delved into the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of pulmo- nary tuberculosis complicated in SLE on lOcases. Applied for a long period steroid after 7-36 mouths when the patients were pathogenic. Clinical symptoms hadn抰 given obvious show, lower sputum smear microcopic examination(30.0%) and OT/PPD(40.0%) postive rate, the main manifestation of X-ray were miliary disease(70.0%), exudat... |
