Experiment was made in 2009 at the Northeast Agricultural University, I had chosen corn Zheng Dan 958 for experiment which is suitable for close planting and plant appearance. Experiment had five different densities(D) treatment, respectively 45 000/hm2 (D1),49 500/hm2 (D2), 54 000/hm2(D3), 58 500/hm2(D4), 63 000/hm2(D5); five nitrogen (N) treatment, 0g/hm2(N0), 175kg/hm2(N1), 225kg/hm2(N2), 275kg/hm2(N3), 325kg/hm2(N4).Experiments were used with split plot design. A field experiment with different densities under different nitrogen corn photosynthetic parameters, nitrogen metabolism, and yield of corn grain quality indicators were studied to provide Zheng Dan 958 plant in Harbin city and the reasonable density and scientific and rational application of nitrogen fertilizer provide a theoretical basis for the high-yield, high quality, efficient cultivation techniques lay the foundation for the development. The major findings are as follows:1. With different density and nitrogen fertilizer treatments, corn leave's area increases with the density, the amount of nitrogen was applied to increase firstly and then decline, the leave's area had made a maximum at the first zero-day with D5N2. The maximum value of functional chlorophyll was content in D2N2. The maximum has appeared in D3N3 for chlorophyll fluorescence of functional leaves.2. As the increasing of the density and the amount of nitrogen, metabolism in corn nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetics were applied to increase the amount of reduction is increased. The maximum nitrate reeducated in D3N2, glutamine synthesize in D2N2, the maximum value of soluble protein in D3N2. Therefore, the density of 54 000/hm2, Nitrogen Application at the amount of 225kg / hm2, in order to best fit the density and nitrogen fertilizer.3. As the increasing of the density and the amount of nitrogen, the quality of corn index is also changing. Corn Grain maximum crude fat content in D3N2, the maximum grain protein content in D1N1, starch content of corn grain and ADPG enzyme, SSS and GBSS enzymes of starch synthesis enzymes were positively correlated, corn starch grains. The maximum concentration in D3N2. Density of 54 000/hm2, Nitrogen Application at the amount of 225kg / hm2 applied for the optimal density and nitrogen into the volume.4. As the increasing of the density and the amount of nitrogen, production is also changing. As the density increases, the spring corn yield first increased and then decreased; with the amount of nitrogen was applied to the increase in corn yield first increased and then decreased. Production of the first four of the order of: D4N2> D3N2> D3N1> D3N3. Therefore, the density of 54 000/hm2, Nitrogen Application at the amount of 225kg / hm2, the best density for the corn and into the optimum amount of nitrogen applied.
