The crop straw in china is in large quantities, variety, wide distribution, and yield about 700 million tons every year. Along with the development of economy and society, biomass straw resource over pluses in a large mounts. If using for direct combustionusing, its thermal efficiency is very low and transportation is very inconvenient. Farmers on-site burning caused severe environmental pollution and the waste of resources. Therefore, the study for converting the rich wasted forestry resources into high-quality fuel, protected the ecological environment and promoted the sustainable development of agriculture, is an important topic. In order to further processing, the most biomass materials need crushing processing before the development and utilization. So, comminution technology has been paid more and more attention.One of the crushing designs specifically for straw stalk crusher is representative of the crushing equipment, its structure, efficiency and safety of research for promotion grinding technology has important significance.According to the above purpose, this paper conducted the following several aspect researches:Firstly, through studying of existing straw processing technology, equipment, the method and theory of straw stalk crushing, analyse the physical, chemical and biological properties, we determine the design scheme of the chop straw pulverizer. Combining cutting force calculation method of the current SangZhi cutting machine, at last we calculate the cutting resistance and cutting power of the dynamic knife in chop institutions.Secondly, in this paper, we designed a set straw crusher which have the chop and knead function in a body through analogies the existing equipment's structure as well as the function. This straw crusher has low power consumption and appropriate granularity which meets requirements of compression molding. We also detailed designed straw stalk grinder's each part, and carries on the parameter optimization to it.Thirdly, Three-dimensional modeling software UG6.0 was used to make the main components of Composite straw crusher, to Fe analysis of spindle; we obtain the stress of spindle, which provide the data support for its structure optimization design and safety validation.Finally, through analyze the material handling and dust removal equipment, we designed the transportation equipment, and eventually type selection.
